How Skill Training Programmes Are Transforming Rural Women Into Leaders

When a woman earns her own income, the entire family benefits: children stay in school longer, family nutrition improves, and domestic violence rates plunge. Zycon's Matri Shakti initiative turns traditional crafts into sustainable livelihoods.

From Domestic Isolation to Business Owners

Through certified 90-day tailoring, kantha embroidery, and organic soap crafting workshops, over 850 rural women have established self-sustaining producer groups.

Equipped with UPI QR codes and smartphone accounting apps, these women are directly supplying products to regional retail markets.
