Project Brief:
Dream Accelerator equips underprivileged youth with employment-oriented digital skills, computer hardware basics, customer service training, and micro-business mentorship.
Project Context:
Rural youth often lack access to market-aligned vocational training, resulting in underemployment and migration. Dream Accelerator establishes village-level skill hubs to bridge this gap.
Project Goal:
To enhance youth employability and facilitate sustainable income generation through market-driven vocational training and enterprise support.
Project Objectives:
- •Train 1,500 youth in certified digital literacy, accounting software, and office tools.
- •Facilitate 70% job placement or self-employment outcomes for certified trainees.
- •Provide micro-seed grants and mentorship to promising young entrepreneurs.
Project Activities:
Digital Skills Bootcamps:
Hands-on courses in MS Office, basic graphic design, data entry, and digital accounting.
Career Counseling & Placements:
Organizing local job fairs, resume workshops, and interview preparation clinics with regional employers.
